RETURNS & REFUNDS

Made-to-Order Policy

All SHPYDA garments are produced specifically for each customer following the close of our pre-order period. Production begins only after orders are finalised.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour or variant selection

Please carefully review sizing information before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

EU Customers – Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving goods.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced specifically following a customer’s purchase.

As all SHPYDA products are manufactured after the pre-order period based on confirmed customer orders, this exemption applies.

If an item is defective or incorrect, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the pre-order period has closed and production has begun.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
