SHIPPING INFORMATION

All SHPYDA products are released in limited pre-order drops.

Production begins only after the pre-order period closes. Please allow the stated production time before dispatch. Estimated production timelines are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship worldwide to most countries.

If we are unable to ship to your location after purchase due to courier restrictions, we will contact you directly and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to contact customers if shipping to extremely remote areas requires additional cost.

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom include VAT where applicable.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
